Everest Rehabilitation Hospital and Transitional Care is a dedicated post acute facility focused on helping patients recover after critical illness, surgery, or prolonged hospitalization. We close the gap between hospital discharge and life at home by providing structured, medically supervised rehabilitation that rebuilds strength, restores function, and supports a safe return to independence. Through clinical expertise, advanced rehabilitation, and continuous care, we guide every patient forward with clarity and confidence toward home.

Bringing Global Experience Back Home

Dr. Sudheer Reddy Koyagura, MD, MPH, MBA, brings over a decade of experience in the United States across hospital medicine, rehabilitation, and transitional care systems. Having worked in advanced healthcare environments where recovery is structured and outcome driven, he recognized a critical gap. While patients often receive excellent life saving care, many lack the support needed to fully recover and return to independent living.

He founded Everest with a clear purpose to bring structured, high quality rehabilitation closer to home in India, so patients do not just survive but recover fully and return to their families with confidence. His approach is shaped by deep clinical experience, leadership in quality improvement, and a strong focus on patient outcomes, ensuring that recovery is guided with clarity, consistency, and care.

Dr. Sudheer has held key roles in the United States including Physician Advisor and Chairperson for Quality Improvement, and has contributed to medical education as adjunct clinical faculty. His work has been recognized by professional bodies, along with multiple academic and clinical distinctions. This blend of global experience, clinical expertise, and purpose driven intent defines the foundation of Everest.

Care Led by a Unified Team

Recovery requires more than one specialist, it requires a team working together with a shared goal. At Everest, every patient is supported by a coordinated team that includes physicians and intensivists, physiotherapists and rehabilitation specialists, speech and occupational therapists, nursing and critical care staff, as well as nutritionists and support teams. Through regular multidisciplinary rounds and shared care plans, we ensure that every aspect of recovery is addressed across physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, delivering care that is consistent, precise, and truly centered around the patient.
